Peace and Compassion Interview
My great-grandfather was a surgeon who helped save countless lives in the 1930’s during a very dark period of history in Nanjing (Nanking) China. The work that he did was purely out of the love that he had for the people of China. Now, he is honoured as a hero each year at their National Memorial Ceremony. Being a hero had never once entered his mind, but You Never Know how any act of compassion will change your life or the lives of those around you.
